The concern: Exposed roots on the lower front teeth with thin, pulled-back tissue and a tight frenum attachment. Recession like this often brings cold sensitivity, root notching, and continued tissue loss if left alone.
What we did: Connective tissue grafting across the affected teeth, releasing the pull on the tissue and adding thickness where the gum had worn thin.
The result: Root coverage restored across the treated teeth with thicker, more stable tissue that is easier to keep clean and better protected against further recession.

What we did: All remaining teeth were replaced with implant-supported bridges, planned around health and long-term stability first — bone support, bite, and hygiene access — with the cosmetic result built on top of that foundation.
